You sure can! We designed our waiting area to be comfortable for our waiting customer. We have seating that is properly distanced and work stations so that you can feel right at home. We keep our waiting area clean and sanitized and make sure to keep plenty of complimentary snacks and refreshments on hand.

Our shuttle service is willing to drive you where ever you need to go. If you are willing to come a certain distance to come see us we are willing to shuttle you back and forth if you need the ride.

Motor City European Repair has a fleet of complimentary loaner vehicles for repairs.

We offer a 3 Year/36,000 Mile Nationwide Warranty on most of our repairs. With the condition of Michigan roads we only offer a 2 Years/24,000 Mile Warranty on our suspension and brake repairs.

  • We follow all manufactured recommendations when performing repairs and maintenance on all the vehicles we service to prevent any future issues.
  • Also because of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act of 1975, it is illegal for vehicle manufacturers or dealers to void a warranty or deny a warranty claim because of work performed by a non-dealer. Even if this happens, it does not void the warranty for the rest of your car.

We only use OEM parts when performing our repairs unless if an aftermarket option is available that corrects a manufacturer flaw. This should get you the same time and mileage out of the new parts as the original ones that were installed from the factory.

Unfortunately, this is one of the few items that we have to say no. Our insurance company would not give us any kind of coverage in the event of a part failure. For this reason and many others, we have a strict no customer supplied parts policy.

No, we are happy to say that we are willing to service or repair most makes and models. We just happen to specialize on European vehicles and most other independent shops don’t like working on the vehicles that we see everyday.

Unfortunately no. Due to the fact that we are so close to most dealerships the manufactures will always give that business to their franchisees first.

In most situations the dealerships first priority is to sell as many cars as possible. Our first priority is to help keep our clients vehicles on the road for as long as they plan to keep it.
